Hotel overlooked city and the room was great. All the staff was kind. Location: the property was next to restaurant. It also was in the middle of jackson;))

Location: the hotel was close enough to restaurant. We stopped by Cafe Caramel for coffee and treats, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the property.

We think its a good base for staying in Trujillo. Every visit to Trujillo we like to stay here.

We recently stayed at the Ibis in Trujillo and were impressed with the helpfulness of the staff. The room was always clean, making for a comfortable stay.

We had such a great stay at this hotel! the location was fantastic, with plenty of nearby attractions and restaurants. The service was top-notch, the staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate, it was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping did an excellent job, and we really appreciated the ironing facilities and air conditioning. The flat-screen TV in the room was a nice touch too.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family.

The quality of the meals left much to be desired. Breakfast and dinner came in a plastic and styrofoam container, and the overall presentation was unappetizing.

The plastic and technopor box was not up to the standards that we expected. the twin room we stayed in was cramped and lacked space, especially on one side of the bed where there was no space between the bed and the wall.

I stayed in a hotel with a very helpful team of staff who went out of their way to help me out. I must say that the room was clean and well-maintained. Although the room was quite small, but it was cozy and had everything I required for a short stay. The hotel location gave easy access to public transport and local attractions. The complimentary breakfast was substantial, but was served in a plastic box, which was not up to the usual standards of other hotels.

The breakfast could have been presented better.
